Propel ABA was born from a real partnership: a mother of a child challenged by autism working alongside the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who guided her son's care. For years, the two collaborated closely on one boy's intervention — and in that work, our clinical director found the calling that would shape Propel.
As a BCBA, she saw firsthand how much the quality of a direct service provider matters. The technical skill matters, yes — but so does the patience, the consistency, and the ethical care brought into a family's home every single day. She came to believe that skilled, deliberate, ethical service providers aren't a nice-to-have in ABA — they're the foundation everything else is built on.
That belief became Propel's mission: Progress in Motion. Every time we send a direct service provider to work with your child, our goal is to improve your child's life in some way — whether we're working to reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life, or to build new skills that help your child grow and thrive. We are always working toward progress.
Celebrating Progress
This is central to how we think about treatment at Propel. We measure every client's progress against themselves, with an eye toward long-term growth, not comparison to anyone else.
Intentional, Daily Work
Day-to-day progress is the foundation of long-term growth. That's why our direct service providers come into your home ready to take daily data, tracking the skills your child needs to build and layering new goals on top as they progress. It's demanding work. It has to be done with intention. And it takes time to see results.
That's why we don't see ourselves as a service provider alone — we see ourselves as a partner. We're here to work with your family, in your home and your community, to set progress in motion.
